Comfort Plus Apartments
in the city center

Stayed at Comfort Plus on Floor 10. Quick check-in, pleasant staff. Modest, convenient, neat, nothing extra, smart designed for accommodation. It was warm in the room, not to say hot. Perfect view from the window, especially in the evenings, when the night city lights are on. Convenient location, it’s almost in the city center, no problems with finding the building, easy to depart from both at day and nighttime. Underground parking available. My review is nothing but positive. Recommended as a staying option for visitors to Almaty, the southern capital.

I happened to be one of the first guests to these apartments, nobody has stayed in the room before, since it was all new! A guy from Russia stayed same dates as myself, and we came across in the smoking area couple times, the guy was also happy with the room condition. In fact I would evaluate these apartments as a nice hotel room with kitchen (would probably be just the right thing for someone), though without room service. However for such price everything is decent enough, including daily cleaning, though they didn’t change the bed linen and towels (it turned out that bed linen is changed every 5 days, and towels every 3 days), but at my request the towels have been changed in the end, cause my foot towel’s gone completely wet.

I stayed at Comfort Plus Apartment yesterday for the first time, before that I preferred hotels. My impressions are all positive, and apartments happened to be a good alternative to hotels. It’s just as convenient and neat as hotels, and most notably – times cheaper.
